Congratulations is the ending music of Rad Racer (NES) which plays when you finish Last Seaside Running. The tune was composed by Nobuo Uematsu. It is track 6 in the NSF file. Although the song sounds like it ends around 0:48.25, it actually has a strange noise pop at 0:54.05. Whether Uematsu left this in intentionally or it was simply an oversight is unknown.
