Caesars Palace is a casino game which is a port from the Sega Genesis and SNES versions, the latter being titled Super Caesars Palace.
In this game, you play as yourself. The main goal of the game is to make as much money as you can. The game incorporates many elements that you wouldn't be able to find in many other casino games such as buying scratch tickets, and using an ATM machine. In the console ports, there were also people you could talk to in the console versions, but in the Game Gear port, the only person you'll be talking to is a security guard who won't let you in the High Roller areas until you've gained enough money. Also, unlike Vegas Dream (NES), there aren't people who will come up and talk to you during gameplay.
While the Game Gear port of Caesars Palace has good graphics and controls, it has some problems of its own, such as not being able to finish the game since there's no end. Also, there's barely any music or sound in the game. When you're playing one of the games, you only get stark silence.

Music
The game's music only contains two songs, both are ported from a version of Caesars Palace. The title screen music is taken from the Genesis/SNES version when you're walking around in the casino, and the other song is the casino theme from the Game Boy version. The songs were arranged by Matt Furniss, using a tracker program created by Shaun Hollingworth on an Atari Mega ST.

Like most of Teeny Weeny Games' other games, this game doesn't have credits. We have contacted the only known composer at the time Matt Furniss, who has confirmed working on the game's music. The game's instruction manual has credits, but only lists the people at Virgin Interactive. It also states that Teeny Weeny Games is the developer.
Stephen Clarke-Willson says that even though he is credited for music in the Game Boy port, he was really the producer and the credits screen didn't have enough room to credit him as such. The SNES version also credits Steve Henefin, but since he's listed in the Genesis version for sound, he's not listed as a composer.
