For Urban Strike and Bubsy in the Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind, they wrote the music in assembly, listening to sheet music by ear, using Chip Level Designs' version of Nintendo's Kankichi-kun sound driver.
For Total Carnage, they used Sculptured Software's sound driver.
For College Football USA '97: The Road to New Orleans and Mohawk and Headphone Jack, they used SLICK/Audio by Bitmasters.
