Bill Bogenreif is an American video game designer and programmer who founded Designer Software. Since the company did not have any in-house musicians at first, Bill composed the music and sound to their games.
Music Development
GEN
Bill created MIDI files which were converted to GEMS.
NES
Bill used Mike Riedel's sound engine, which converted MIDI files to the NES. It is unknown which program Bill used to create his MIDI files.
SNES
Bill wrote MIDI files on a sequencer, which may have converted to Chip Level Designs' sound driver.
