Andrew Curnock is an Australian composer and sound designer, who works at Halfbrick Studios. He is founder of Game Audio Australia Pty Ltd. (with Mick Gordon). He is probably best known for his music from Avatar: The Last Airbender for Game Boy Advance.

Music Development

Game Boy Advance

Curnock used MadTracker and converted his XM files for playback with Engine Software's sound driver by Jan-Lieuwe Koopmans.

Nintendo DS

On his early works, Curnock continues write music using MadTracker. Later, his XM files were added to game source code.

His DSiWare titles uses Intelligent Systems' Nitro Composer sound driver.

Mobile

For mobile games, he wrote MIDI music using Logic.
