A Kind of Magic is the first track of the Queen album with the same name. The song was composed by Roger Taylor from a line in the movie that was cut out of the theatrical release. While the song was not actually featured in the first Highlander movie (only partially in the titles), some of the samples were used in the song. The track is still closely tied to the Highlander franchise because it is used in Highlander II: The Quickening and the Highlander TV series.
Note: ZX Spectrum release of Highlander does not have music. Highlander: The Last of MacLeods (JCD) and Highlander: The Last of MacLeods (DOS) lack this song.

Commodore adaptation of the movie
Highlander. The song continues on repeat through the entirety of the awful game. Galway said it took him two days to complete the cover. Martin Galway did an amazing job accurately porting the tune, even including the guitar solo from the original. This version has loops.
It sounds the same on every SID chip. However, starting at 0:20.75, the bass on the third channel randomly clicks. The reason is based on the very fast pulse width modulation.
This song can be found on the Project: Galway album. It is the first and only track in the SID file.
