2-Player Game Over plays when one of the two players in the 2-Player mode wins three rounds in Pac-Attack.
The song title comes from the SPC dump of the SNES version of the game. Hiromi Shibano wrote the music in Namco's first SNES sound driver. Hiromi should be contacted for an official title.
