Yuichiro Ohkawa is a Japanese composer and sound designer who was part of Jaleco's sound team. Alongside Jaleco colleagues, Ohkawa also participated in Hajime Uchida's doujin circle "HYUTEC", providing self arranged music and music from his Japanese electronic music band NOONINGALE. After Jaleco, he briefly contributed music to video games under the company Warm Jets Inc. before leaving the game industry entirely after 1999.

In 2018, Ohkawa reformed NOONINGALE alongside guitarist Yumizu Takasago and bassist Hikosuke Tembo, creating new music along with modern arrangements of previous works.
