Yueli Wang is a Taiwanese composer and sound designer who worked for Sachen. When Sachen programmer Ei How Yang left the company an started producing his own games, Wang started composing music for him.
His real name may actually be "Leli", but some of his aliases suggest that it is "Yueli".

He used Ei How Yang's sound driver. It is unknown exactly how the music was produced, but judging by the off-timing of the notes in some games, it sounds like Wang may have created MIDI files that were converted to ASM to Yang's sound engine.
