Music

The music is mostly OGG recordings of original DOS port music. The same way with Syobon Action (W32), but in this case the recordings have really good quality.

They were just looped and uploaded.

Credits

(Source: Wolfenstein 3D, W3D Manual, game lacks audio credits.)

The game only says that it use non-free resources of "Wolf3D". But the music is easily recognizable. Bobby Prince is arranger of the most original DOS tracks but track 10.

(Info)

Unlike the Voxelstein 3D (W32), which is very similar to this game, this game doesn't emulate AdLib to play IMF files, it use OGG recordings.

Music and sounds are packed in files "base0.vpk" and "base1.vpk" - they are just archives of game files with analog of ZIP format extension, you can replace ".vpk" whith ".zip" and you will get it.

As VGMPF use OGG music, it wasn't included in the rip - just download the songs from the recordings section. It contains only OGG and WAV sounds.

Unlike other tracks in this game, Horst-Wessel-Lied is the sound of the video from "Wolfram.roq" file. It was ripped into OGG with this site. Because the file size is larger than 37 MB, and ROQ isn't audio format, it was also excluded from the rip.
