In Torus Trooper you control a ship that races down the inside of a tube-like track covered with enemy ships. You must speed along, blasting your way past your violent foes and dodging their gun fire and race against the clock. If you run out of time your ship will be destroyed, but as you destroy enemy ships and bosses your time increases keeping you alive longer. The idea of being able to spin around on the torus track gives a nice gravity defying feel.
