Todd Mitchell Porter is an American game designer. In the late 1980s he worked for Origin Systems. While there he played a number of roles working as a writer, artist, composer, and programmer on a variety of games. In the early 1990s, he worked for SSI, and in the late 1990s, he worked for 7th Level. Porter is probably best known for being the lead designer and programmer of Knights of Legend, but this site recognizes him for his audio contribution to Ultima VI: The False Prophet (DOS).

More recently, Porter has been writing children's books. Porter is the nephew of country guitarist Chet Atkins.
