Takayuki Nakamura is a Japanese composer, sound designer, and sound programmer who worked at and made many big contributions to Sega. He started off in September 1989 working for Sega Sound Team as a part-time job. His first work was ESWAT on the Mega Drive, which he composed with You Takada. In April 1990, he joined Sega Corporation and learned and produced sound programming and Hiroshi Kubota was his teacher at the time. In August of 1996, he left Sega, only to join Dream Factory in September. In August 1999, he left Dream Factory to start Brainstorm. Takayuki continues to compose music and sound for games to this day.

Aliases

In Michael Jackson's Moonwalker for the Genesis, he is credited as Middle Village, which is simply a translation of his last name Naka and Mura, respectively. The Sega Master System simply lists his initials TN.
