Takashi Tsurutani is a Japanese musician. He was in the duo band Mary-Go-Round, in which he was the keyboardist. From 1990 to 1991, he worked at Advance Communication Company while they were finishing up their NES development. However, Takashi only scored two SNES games for them before departing the company.

Because the games were made almost 30 years ago, Takashi can't remember too clearly, but remembers using a large computer to write the music on.

Based on the sound code, it is most likely that he used Advance Communication Company's variant of Nintendo's Kankichi-kun sound driver on the Sony NEWS computer.
