Shinwei Hwang (黃 信維 Xìn Wéi Huáng) is an independent video game developer from Taiwan who programmed unlicensed NES games. He also worked on production, graphics, as well as music and sound design. He reused many of his songs in other games. Shinwei also went by the name RCM which stood for RamCo Man International Co., Ltd. (劍虹國際有限公司).

Note: While it is possible somebody worked for Hwang as a composer, he never credited anybody but himself in his games. He was also credited for music in Block Force, so it can be assumed he also did the music and sound as well.
