Sequencer Plus Gold is a MIDI sequencer created by Voyetra. Though the program uses a text-based interface, it is often lauded by composers for its versatility and completeness as a MIDI sequencer.

The Gold version was the professional release, but there was also a lesser-known Pro version. The Pro version had fewer tracks to work with and limited the number of MIDI ports you could use. This version was bundled with some versions of Sound Blaster Pro.

Sequencer Plus Gold used its own proprietary format called SNG as well as an instrument BNK file, but it could import and export MIDI files, both as type-1 and type-0.

Note: Due to the nature of the Sequencer Plus installer, you must either have a floppy disk drive, or emulate one in DOS Box to install the program. Instructions are included in the zip file.
