Perestroika (Russian: Перестройка, translation: Reconstructing) is a Windows port of the DOS game Toppler. It's a cute little frog jumping game where you try to maneuver the frog across the lily pads to the water lily at the other end. Though the game has a very basic premise, it's really meant to be about Russian political reform; no joke. The frog represents a democrat and the fly monsters are actually bureaucrats. You try to collect bonuses, while staying away from taxes. Amazing.

Music

Perestroika uses only a single MIDI music track, but that's really all that's needed. The track is long enough so that you don't quickly become bored with it, but nothing special to listen to.
