Paul Mudra was born on August 14th, 1965. He grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He began working for Westwood Studios in 1988 as their main sound designer along with Dwight Okahara. He stayed with Westwood after EA bought the company in 1998. When EA closed Westwood Studios, Mudra, and a couple of his co-workers, began working at Insomniac Games in April of 2003. There he became the audio director. Paul said he also did some level design for Eye of the Beholder (DOS). He was also a voice actor in the Lands of Lore games.
Music Composition
DOS
Paul Mudra used AdLib Visual Composer for his music and ALFX for his sound effects.
NES
For his NES music he used Deluxe Music Construction Set on the Commodore Amiga. The music was then converted to Westwood's NES sound driver. Paul worked on the sound driver, but Dwight Okahara may have had something to do with the driver as well since he worked on the NES Vindicators.
