Nosefart is an open source NSF player that has been ported to several platforms. It has basic configuration options for the sample rate, quality, and basic filters. It emulates the RP2A03, VRC VI, VRC VII, and MMC5, but not the NAMCO163 or 5B.
Nosefart has been built as a plugin for CL-amp, Winamp, and XMMS, as a standalone GUI for Linux, and as a command line player for DOS and Linux.
