Mitsuhiko Takano is a Japanese composer. He worked for Tose in the 90's and composed the music to some of their Super Nintendo games. Since the company did not believe in game credits, he was forced to use aliases. Later, he moved on to Capcom and composed the music for some of their games.

Mituhiko used a sequencer called Kankichi-Kun and a wave sampler called TACOS to make the instruments, which were sourced from various keyboards including the Yamaha SY22 and Roland D-70.
