Mitsuhiko Takano is a Japanese composer. He worked with Tose on most of their SFC games.

Mituhiko used a sequencer called Kankichi-Kun and a wave sampler called TACOS to make the instruments, which were sourced from various keyboards including the Yamaha SY22 and Roland D-70.
