The Menu Screen music plays as you go about the various menus that deal with your characters.
Title
There isn't an official English release of the song. The original Japanese soundtrack uses a half-katakana, half-kanji title メニュー画面 (Menyu Gamen). Menyu is obviously the English word "menu," while the Japanese word Gamen translates to "screen," so the English translation is "Menu Screen."
