Menu - Super Noah's Ark 3D

Menu, as the name suggests, is played in the menus of Super Noah's Ark 3D. There are two versions of this song, one played in the original DOS game, the other played in the SNES port.
The type-0 DOS MIDI file's meta data refers to the track as "NOAH01.imf", even though it is not an IMF file. This is to make it compatible with Wolfenstein 3D music engine.
