− | + | The music job to Mega Man III was originally given to Harumi Fujita. However, she only finished 2 full songs before she gave birth, leading to Capcom newcomer Yasuaki Fujita stepping in and finishing the job. In any case, both composers did a very good job, with the soundtrack being every bit as memorable as those of the first two games.

+ | Uniquely among the Mega Man classic series sequels and spin-offs (with the exception of only Mega Man V (GB)), not one piece of music from any prior Mega Man game is recycled or otherwise re-arranged here; every track is original to this game.

+ | The bulk of the soundtrack was composed by Yasuaki Fujita who has confirmed his work. Though she wasn't credited, two of the stage songs Needleman Stage and Geminiman Stage were composed by Capcom veteran Harumi Fujita (no relation to Yasuaki Fujita), who is not credited for the game's music, though does get a mention in the "Special Thanks" section of the credits. Also, a lot of sound effects are the work of Manami Matsumae, pulled forward from the first Mega Man game. Like most of Capcom's NES games, the sound driver was programmed by Yoshihiro Sakaguchi.

Mega Man III | ||||||||
|
- For other games in the series see Mega Man.
Mega Man III (AKA Mega Man 3) is the sequel to the first Mega Man (NES). You continue to play Rock who must bust up Dr. Wily's third wave of evil robots. The game continues the standards of platformer Mega Man II (NES), but adds a new mobility device, your robot dog, Rush. Mega Man III is quite a bit harder than Mega Man II, so more patience is needed to beat the game.

Music
The music job to Mega Man III was originally given to Harumi Fujita. However, she only finished 2 full songs before she gave birth, leading to Capcom newcomer Yasuaki Fujita stepping in and finishing the job. In any case, both composers did a very good job, with the soundtrack being every bit as memorable as those of the first two games.
Uniquely among the Mega Man classic series sequels and spin-offs (with the exception of only Mega Man V (GB)), not one piece of music from any prior Mega Man game is recycled or otherwise re-arranged here; every track is original to this game.

The bulk of the soundtrack was composed by Yasuaki Fujita who has confirmed his work.

Game Rip
Ripping NES music is a very arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site.
