Masatoshi Arai is a Japanese composer and sound designer who worked at Tecmo.

For Captain Tsubasa VS, Masatoshi wrote the music in Music Macro Language using Hiroto Kanno and Yasuyuki Hamada's sound driver.

I wrote the score with 4 voices, then replaced the notes with numerical values and entered the data.

Masatoshi used a sound driver by Keiji Yamagishi.
