Keita Hoshi is a Japanese composer, sound designer, and programmer who worked at Hudson Soft. While he was occasionally credited for music composition, he mainly dealt with sound effects, and even more with sound programming. He worked on a huge amount of TurboGrafx-16 games.

Music Development

TG16

Keita would use various sound tools for creating audio on the TurboGrafx-16. His audio was converted to Takayuki Iwabuchi's sound driver.

GBA

Keita used Nintendo's MP2K sound engine.
