Kazuyuki Sekiguchi is a Japanese composer who worked at ASCII and Hudson Soft. Like Takeaki Kunimoto, he was also a bass player and played for Southern All-Stars. His best known work is for the Momotaro Densetsu games.
(Note: There are two Momotarou Densetsu games that Sekiguchi worked on, both with the same titles.)
