Victor Entertainment is a Japanese company that specializes in many types of media including music, television, and occasionally video games.

The company was founded on April 25, 1972 in Yokohama, Japan as Victor Musical Industries. In February 1984, JVC's sales department was changed to Nihon AVC. In April 1993, over 2 decades after the company's founding, the Victor merged with Nihon AVC to form Victor Entertainment. On October 1, 1996, the developer Pack-In-Video merged with Victor Entertainment, and handled video games. Since April 2014, the company has been known as JVCKenwood Victor Entertainment, which still operates to this day.

Even though JVCKenwood Victor Entertainment was not a game developer, the company hired local musicians to compose music for developers they worked with.
