Infiltrator is an action game developed by Chris Gray Enterprises. It was ported to the NES by Eastridge Technology.
Despite its title, the game is actually a port of the second game in the series; Infiltrator II: The Next Day.
In the game, you play as James "Jimbo-Baby" McGibbits. Your mission is to stop the Mad Leader from taking over the world. The game has a few gameplay elements such as a first-person flying segment, and an overhead stealth segment.

Music
There isn't much music in the game. All there really is is a title song, which is converted from the Commodore 64 game. There's also a drumbeat that plays during the mission briefing, as well as a short little jingle for the Mad Leader.

Ripping NES music is a very arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site.
