House 2-1 first plays in the first section of the second house in A Nightmare on Elm Street (NES). It can also be heard in the third section of Freddy Krueger's house.

There is a small bug in the song; on each loop, the instruments start with vibrato, whereas when the song first plays, the vibrato is absent. This is most likely due to Wise forgetting to turn off the vibrato before the song looped.
