Fred Porter has been a recording engineer and music producer in Tuscon since 1975. He worked for RSP in the 90's and composed the music to a couple of their games.
Music Development
SNES
Fred Porter sent various MIDI files, and converted it to Chip Level Designs' audio driver.
GEN
Fred Porter sent MIDI files, and converted to the GEMS driver. Unfortunately, no games composed by Porter for the Genesis exist, since it was likely unreleased.
