David Javelosa is an American composer and sound designer who was a part of the Sega America sound team. Some of his best known contributions are the music for the USA version of the Sega CD BIOS and themes for Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine.
Music Development

David created MIDI files and converted them to GEMS. For Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, he composed MIDI files which he sent to the game developers in Sega Japan. According to David, he mostly composed the two-player music. However, as there is only one track exclusive to the game's two-player mode, and that track is a variation of "Final of Puyo Puyo" from the original Puyo Puyo, he was mistaken and actually composed other tracks. He later revealed the tracks he composed, which are all of the tracks that were not reused from Puyo Puyo.
