Like the other ports, the game uses the music from the movie composed by Trevor Jones. Also like the other ports, the composers are the only people different in the game's credits. The Game Gear version's music was arranged by David Lowe. It is unknown how David did the music, but it is assumed that he programmed his own sound engine and wrote the music in assembly.

The game uses the Game Gear's stereo SN76489 for music and sound effects.
