The game's music offers several great themes to listen to. There's an in-game song for every 20 levels, then a boss theme, final boss theme, and other tunes that will keep you satisfied. [[Kenichi Kamio]] is responsible for these magnificent tunes. The songs have that same action-y but classical theme to them like the first game. Kiyoshi Kusatsu worked on the sound programming and effects. The music was probably written in Music Macro Language.

This for other games in the series see Bubble Bobble.

Bubble Bobble Part 2 is one of the many sequels to the popular arcade game Bubble Bobble. Player 1 takes control of Bub and the second player takes control of Bob. Their girlfriends have been kidnapped by monsters and the Bubble Bobble Brothers have been turned into dragons, and it's their job to rescue their girls. Unfortunately, a lot of the fun from the original game was lost with the sequel, as the ability to play two-players simultaneously was removed. This game is also one of the rarest NES games and the cart alone can go for as high as $500!
