Bitmasters was a American game developer who was known for making many arcade-based ports. It was started in 1990 by David O'Riva and Franz Lanzinger. The first game they developed is the NES game Krazy Kreatures.

David O'Riva programmed a custom sound driver. Music was written in a tracker-like program.
SNES
David O'Riva programmed SLICK/Audio, a sound driver and DOS program that was similar to GEMS. Three versions exist of the driver; 1.01, 1.07a, and 1.07b.
