Akira Soji (also known as Akira Souji) is a Japanese composer, sound designer, and sound programmer who worked for Konami. He joined them around 1991, and as a result, was a part of their Konami Kukeiha Club. uring his time there, he would use the pseudonym "Akiropito". He usually worked on the Sega Genesis, but also received credits on other platforms as well. He is known for his work in Super Castlevania IV, Rondo of Blood, Contra: Hard Corps, and Tokimeki Memorial. He is also known for composing the ending music to the game Axelay.
Around the end of 2000, Soji left Konami, and the game industry. He still continues to write and produce music, as well as create video games such as Ulrica no Bouken.
