Adventures of Lolo 2 is an NES puzzle game. And it's a sequel to Adventures of Lolo. Lolo must rescue princess Lala from the great devil. And it's up to Lolo solve the puzzle. Rather than having a cutscene (where Lolo gets rid of the Great Devil), Lolo actually fights the Great Devil (Which the player gets infinite magic shots). Also, a new easter egg was added. The challenging "PRO Levels". These levels are hard. And can only be access by the password. Also, The game introduction has a non-playable tutorial to teach gamers how to play the game.

Music
The game's music is what is expected from an NES game. Unusually, the game doesn't contain any title music. The main theme can get in your head but since you'll be hearing it throughout the whole game, the song can get very annoying after hours of play. This was also a problem with the first and third installment on the NES.
The game lacks credits, but a couple of the Japanese Lolo games which used the same music contained credits. While the composer that is credited in the Japanese versions uses an alias, it has become common knowledge that the real name of the composer is Hideki Kanazashi. Other HAL staff members have verified the composer's real name. Since Hiroaki Suga was a sound programmer at HAL, he is listed as the game's sound programmer. In one of the Japanese Lolo games (Revival of the Labyrinth), he is credited as the sound director. In the Famicom Disk System game "Eggerland", the game also credits the software that was used to make the game, Music Maker being one of the tools.
