AV artisan was a Taiwanese video game developer. They made three unlicensed games for the Sega Genesis. Judging from their credits, it appears Wei Lu Cheng was either the founder or CEO of the company, who also wrote their games' sound effects.
Music Development
It is unknown how the staff at AV artisan created music and sound effects for the Genesis. However, their games use the sound driver from Shikinjoh, a Japanese-exclusive puzzle game.
